About the Role:

We are a mobile paediatric provider working solely in the Australian NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) space. We are looking for an experienced speech pathologist to step into an existing case list. Our predominant clientele include ages between 3-17 years old and conditions range from Speech Delay, Early Intervention, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or rare genetic disorders. Our kids require a speech therapist to assist them with expressive language, childhood speech sound disorders, language/learning (child & adolescent), or social communication. We also have a unique and close working relationship with the Geographe Education Support Centre, working closely with the school to achieve our kids and families goals.

We are a small business, offering a highly flexible work model, that will support you to achieve the best for our clients without burning out, and offering you a highly competitive remuneration for your hard work. We do not have a dedicated clinic space at this stage, therefore sessions will be conducted at home or at schools. We will organise to meet regularly to support you, and enjoy a good coffee together! Full admin support will be provided for intake, organising appointments, and following up tasks. Creating a toolbox of assessments and resources will be supported and invested in. External mentoring will be provided on a regular basis as required, either subsidised through grants, or funded directly by us to ensure continued mentorship, quality of care, and professional development.
