The content provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Therapeutic Relationship: Reading this website or submitting an enquiry via our "Discovery Call" form does not establish a formal practitioner-patient relationship. A clinical relationship is only formed after a formal intake process and signed service agreement.
Ahpra Compliance: We strive to ensure all information complies with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law. We do not make unreasonable claims of beneficial treatment or guarantee specific clinical outcomes.
We value your privacy. When you use our website to book a Discovery Call or send an enquiry, we collect basic contact details (such as your name, email, phone number, postcode, and a brief message regarding the services you are seeking). We do not collect comprehensive health records via this website.
For full details on how we collect, store, and protect your information, please read our Privacy Policy.
All information regarding session fees, NDIS funding, private health, and our cancellation requirements is outlined on a separate page. By engaging our services, you agree to these financial terms.
Please review our exact fees and policies on our Pricing & Cancellations page.
While a formal Clinical Service Agreement will be provided before your child commences therapy, users of this website seeking to book our services should be aware of our baseline operational requirements:
Home & Community Visits (OHS): To ensure the safety of our therapists and your family during mobile therapy sessions (home or school visits), we require that:
A parent, legal guardian, or designated adult (over 18) remains present for the entire duration of a home session.
The environment is safe, smoke-free, and free from hazards.
Any family pets are safely secured during the therapist's visit.
Commitment to Child Safety (Mandatory Reporting): The safety and well-being of children is our highest priority. As Ahpra-registered allied health professionals, Brave Bodies practitioners are mandatory reporters. This means we are legally and ethically obligated to report any reasonable belief or suspicion that a child is at risk of significant harm to the relevant Western Australian child protection authorities.
