Understanding the cost of therapy upfront matters. Below you'll find our current fees, payment options, and cancellation policy.
If you have any questions about pricing or funding, please don't hesitate to reach out before your first appointment. We're happy to help you work out what applies to your family.
NDIS Pricing
We follow the current NDIS Price Guide for all NDIS-funded sessions. The rates below are set by the NDIS and apply to Plan-Managed and Self-Managed participants.
Please note: We are not currently registered to service NDIA-Managed participants.

Our private fees vary depending on your treating clinician's experience level and the length of your session. All fees are listed below.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life with kids is unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both your family and our therapists, who reserve dedicated time for your child's session.

| Less than 48 hours | 50% of session fee |
| Less than 24 hours | Full session fee |
A few things worth knowing:
If we can reschedule your appointment within the same week, no cancellation fee will apply.
If you are unwell and can provide a medical certificate, no cancellation fee will apply.
We understand that sometimes circumstances are genuinely unavoidable. At our discretion, we may choose to waive the cancellation fee in exceptional situations.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, it helps us support other families on our waitlist.
