NDIS Pricing
We follow the NDIS pricing guidelines.
Physiotherapy: $224.62 per hour
Occupational Therapy: $193 per hour
Travel: At the allocated hourly rate + 0.88c/km
Face to face time, report writing, liaison with clients, families, health professionals or stake holders can be billed at the allocated rate
We accept Plan-Managed or Self-Managed participants, at the moment we cannot service NDIA managed participants.
Private Pricing
Senior Clinician:
60 minute consultation: $250
45 minute consultation: $187.50
30 minute consultation: $125
Clinician:
60 minute consultation: $224
45 minute consultation: $168
30 minute consultation: $112
We accept payment via:
Payment link (sent via text) or Bank Transfer
Payment Options:
HICAPS (Private Health), Medicare, Bank Transfer, or Bank Card
Cancellation Policy
24 hours and less notice: Full Fee
Less than 48 Hours: 50% Fee
Greater than 48 Hours: No Fee
Please advice us if you are unable to attend as soon as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
If we are able to reschedule the appointment within the same week of the appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If you are unwell and able to provide a medical certificate we will also not charge a cancellation fee.
Sometimes there are circumstances that are unavoidable, and in our sole discretion, we may also opt to waive the cancellation fee.
